My name is Sandi Fields, owner, and founder of Transcend Counseling and Wellness Center. With 11 years of experience as a mental health professional, I established TCWC on Veterans Day 2019. As a provider, I support men, women, and young adults with mental health and healing services that focus on reprocessing the root of trauma and dis-ease whereby reducing and alleviating symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).

I have discovered that healing leads to a gratifying life when all areas of one’s life are aligned. As a holistic healer, I bring a lifestyle approach to the healing process. Developing Transcend Counseling and Wellness provides the space to creatively integrate methods that foster health in mind, body, and spirit for a holistic wellness approach that transcends one’s current life experiences.

Life is not filled with sunshine and blue skies. It’s full of dark clouds, rain, and occasional thunderstorms. Life is not about avoiding the dark clouds and rain or shudder from the thunderstorms. It’s about getting a little wet and acknowledging the fear and still looking for the sunshine and blue skies.
